All products sold by Fit Aminos are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use.
Not for human or veterinary use
No product sold by Fit Aminos is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals. No product is intended for ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals. Products are not sterile, are not manufactured to pharmaceutical standards, and must not be used in or on the body under any circumstances.
Who may purchase
Products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers and licensed laboratories. By creating an account and placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a licensed laboratory, research institution, biotechnology or pharmaceutical organisation, or contract research organization;
- You are purchasing solely for in vitro laboratory research, and not for human or veterinary use;
- You are appropriately trained and equipped to handle research chemicals safely; and
- You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of these materials.
We record the research status you select and the confirmations you give at the time you give them, together with a timestamp. This record is retained as evidence of the basis on which the sale was made.
Handling, storage and disposal
Research materials must be handled only by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory environment, using suitable personal protective equipment and established laboratory safety procedures. Materials must be stored as indicated on the product label or Certificate of Analysis and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. Keep out of reach of children and unqualified persons.
No medical or dosing guidance
Fit Aminos does not provide, and will not provide, dosing instructions, administration protocols, or medical, clinical, or veterinary advice of any kind. Any information published on this site is provided for scientific and educational reference only and must not be interpreted as a recommendation for use in humans or animals.
Certificates of Analysis
Third-party Certificates of Analysis are published for our batches and are available from our Certificates of Analysis page. A Certificate of Analysis reports analytical findings for the batch tested; it is not a statement of fitness for any use in humans or animals.
Misuse and account termination
Any indication that a purchaser intends to use products for human or veterinary consumption, to resell them for such use, or otherwise to use them inconsistently with this policy, is grounds for immediate cancellation of the order, refusal of future orders, and termination of the account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
