1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used research chemicals and supplements
- Digital products (eBooks, downloadable guides, etc.)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- The reason for the return

Step 2: Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted).

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at support@fitaminos.com with photos of the damage.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
