At FitAminos.com, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on certain promotions or orders over a specified amount.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your FitAminos.com account.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@fitaminos.com.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. However, in rare cases, issues may arise:

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows delivered, but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

5.2 Damaged Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items and email us at support@fitaminos.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

6. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@fitaminos.com or 949-892-9866.
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Shipping Delays

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Holiday shipping surges
  • Carrier delays
  • Unexpected supply chain disruptions
